Sometimes letting go is the hardest thing to do, but it's the right choice. We can't pick and choose what comes our way, but we can choose how to deal with it.
Holding back and limiting what you share with people gives you little results. It is time to break down the walls, and step out of being comfortable. A professor of mine told me that the only thing that we know for certain in life is that we will die. We just don't know when. So cherish the time we have and live it like you mean it.
